Having 14+yrs of strong foundation in HR, Vinod’s started his career in 2003 and International assignment as HR Staffing Manager in 2008. His primary focus areas were: Recruitment, Talent profiling, Regional sourcing, Talent Management and managing Manpower requirements in Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia) and Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Oman).
He is working as a Talent Acquisition Lead for AMD covering APJ and Greater China hiring for 5yrs. In his role at AMD, he enhanced his skills as a Recruitment Partner and managing Talent Acquisition challenges in a diversified matrix environment covering APJ (Hong Kong, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Australia, Vietnam and Japan) and Greater China (Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen)
He started his career in Nov 2003 in Sales, he had great passion for HR and started his career in Aug 2004 as a Sr. IT Recruiter in India where he had an enriching learning experience on end-to-end recruitment, right from developing a new Client, supporting their talent hiring needs until onboarding of those talents.
